By accessing and using the LNG Cluster Marketplace, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

The LNG Cluster Marketplace provides a platform for buyers and sellers in the LNG industry to connect and transact. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of their goods or services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LNG Cluster Marketplace be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
